Contact Sheets
Contact sheets are a great holdover from the days of film photography, when you wanted a big overview of all the shots on a strip of film. After developing the film, you could just lay a sheet of photo paper under the enlarger, lay your strips of film on top, put a glass plate over the whole thing to hold them down, and then expose with white light for a small amount of time.

Digital Contact Sheets thru Adobe Bridge
Creating a contact sheet
- (Open Adobe Bridge) Select a folder of images or specific image files.
- From the Bridge menu, choose Tools > Photoshop > Contact Sheet II.
- Click OK on the dialog box.
- Contact Sheet will be generated in a about a minute or two
- File Menu to > Save as
- Save as Abstraction Contact Sheet and Save as Type > JPEG.
- Set Quality to 9 and click OK in the JPEG encoding options window
- Print this out to the Color Printer
- Circle the best 8 Abstraction photos and write your name on this as well
- Bring this up to me for approval before starting your Adobe Lightroom editing
